Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Transparency is part of who we are at Aidy. This page clearly explains how affiliate links work on this site.
What are affiliate links
Some links on Aidy are affiliate links. This means that if you click one of those links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission from the seller or service provider.
This commission does not add any cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had gone directly to the provider's site.
Why we use affiliates
Affiliate income, along with Google AdSense advertising, allows us to keep Aidy running: pay for hosting, invest time in researching and writing quality content, and continue publishing for free for all readers.
How this affects our recommendations
Our editorial position is completely independent. We never recommend a tool solely because it has an affiliate program. Our recommendations are based on:
- Genuine evaluation of the tool
- Objective comparison with alternatives
- Practical usefulness for our readers
Some of the tools we recommend most highly have no affiliate program. And if a tool has affiliates but we don't consider it good, we don't recommend it.
How to identify affiliate links
When an article or page contains affiliate links, we indicate this explicitly at the start of the content. "Visit site" buttons on tool pages may be affiliate links; when they are, we also indicate this.
Active affiliate programs
We currently participate in, or may participate in, affiliate programs from AI tool vendors and productivity software providers. The specific list of active programs may change over time.
FTC compliance
This disclosure complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, as well as advertising transparency regulations in other jurisdictions.
